  13. I'm looking for a FAQ regarding the use of an IDE CD-ROM on an A4000/040 
  14. running AmigaDOS 3.0 (heard that ProPage isn't compatible with ADOS 3.1).

  16. A local dealer is selling a (Pioneer) 4X-Speed IDE CD-ROM for $35.99 (US$) 
  17. and a (no name mentioned) 6X-Speed IDE CD-ROM for $77.  Can anyone offer 
  18. any advice on the following concerns:

  20. * The location of drivers for IDE CD-ROM drives under AmigaDOS 3.1;

  22. * Concerns about cabling/length (as suggested in previous threads); and,
